How do I search products?

Search for products by entering the product name, maker, color, or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page left sidebar. Try to enter a minimum for greater success. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the
product name or the product image for more details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

All shipping is included on Coffee and Merch products. Shipping on pottery is calculated by USPS to destinations in the Continental United States at the time of checkout.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website. You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

Note: Because coffee is a consumable product, we cannot exchange it or accept it as a return, unless the packaging has been damaged, or there is something wrong with the product entirely.

Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

  • Quick checkout process.
  • Easily view your order status and order history.
  • Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure webpage. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, whereyour card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?

The delivery time may be different for product groups, depending on origin of the product. Coffee ships within 3 days of the order submission, and arrives within 4 days. Hardline products ship either from the suppliers’ own pottery studio or US warehouses. US warehouse fulfillment, as with our Merch, estimated delivery is between 4 and 7 days. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website.
