For Coffee Products

There are three (3) accepted return/refund conditions for coffee:

1. Customer makes a mistake (chose the wrong product, entered the wrong shipping address, or has "Buyer Remorse"

a. The customer accepts responsibility for replacement product and shipping

2. The Supplier makes a mistake (packaged the wrong coffee, shipped to the wrong location, or damaged the packaging prior shipping

a. The Supplier accepts responsibility. We will fix the issue and we will pay for new coffee and shipping. We will also expedite the new order to get it shipped fast

3. A third party, such as the carrier, makes a mistake (delivered to wrong address, lost the item, or damaged the item

a. We will work with you to get the information to file a claim for reimbursement, and we will work to restore your order.

For Pottery Products Only

  1. Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our studio and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself if you wish us to resend the item.
  2. Poor Fulfillment - We sent the wrong product, botched the order, or provided a poor final product.
  3. Lost to Carrier issues - We'll work with you!

For Merch Only:

All returns must be sent to the Supplier facility. When they receive a returned shipment, we will receive an automated email notification, and we will contact you. We will provide the return address to you when you open a Return. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Supplier's facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. You will not receive a refund for an unclaimed package.

Returned by Customer - You may return apparel and accessory items because of damage, wrong item, or product does not match description or product images. Unfortunately, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Please Contact Us if you wish to return a Merch item, and we will coordinate that with the supplier and you to expedite the return directly to their facility.
