WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Typically, this is 2 to 3 days.
All our products are shipped on demand (meaning we procure them from our suppliers as our orders come in).

All our Pottery products are fragile, and must be well packaged, taking an extra day to accommodate.

We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

HOW DOES THE FREE SHIPPING WORK?

All orders include shipping in the purchase price. You will see the shipping charge at the Checkout Page display FREE. Most orders will arrive in 5 to 7 days from the time of order fulfillment. All Pottery items will be shipped within two (2) business days by USPS Priority Mail.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently do not offer international shipping. Currently, we only ship to destinations within the United States.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

All our Coffee Products ship from California, all our Merch Products ship from North Carolina, and all our Pottery Products ship from Arkansas.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHEN WILL I SEE MY TRACKING INFO?

We will send your tracking information upon receipt by our shipping handler.
